Visia is a clinical imaging system that photographs your skin across eight dimensions — spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins — and estimates your skin’s TruSkin Age. We use it to plan treatment and to measure your progress over time.

Injectables are performed by our nurse practitioners; laser and skincare treatments by licensed, laser-certified aestheticians. Every provider works under the supervision of Dr. Sarah Wilson, MD — a dual board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon.

Yes — membership carries a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation incurs a $350 fee and forfeits any remaining balance. After the initial term you can cancel anytime with our membership request form; your cancellation is confirmed in writing within 1–2 business days.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $100 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling with the same fee. This protects appointment times for every guest.

Yes — digital gift cards are available through our online store and make perfect gifts. Ask in studio or use the Book Online link to access the gift card shop.

No honest medical practice guarantees cosmetic outcomes — individual results vary. What we do promise: physician-directed planning, honest candidacy assessments (including telling you when a treatment isn’t right for you), and measurement of your progress with Visia imaging.

Results appear within 3–7 days and typically last 3–4 months. Most guests maintain with 3–4 visits per year. Club members save 15% on every one.

Hair grows in cycles, so plan on 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart. Packages of five sessions cut the per-session price by more than half and include unlimited touch-ups. See pricing.

Most of our menu is low- to no-downtime: injectables, SkinWave, IPL, and the Elluminate Laser Facial. CoolPeel involves a day or two of redness; VirtueRF and SkinPen a day or two of pinkness; medium-depth chemical peels involve visible peeling on days 3–7. Your provider will map treatment timing around your calendar.

Most cosmetic treatments — including injectables and lasers — are deferred during pregnancy and nursing out of caution. Come in anyway: we’ll build the plan now and start the moment you’re cleared.
